Field notes from the Outback
Wow, if any one ever tells you it's really hot in the Outback during the summer you can pretty much believe them, it really is hot! It's funny how it never looks that hot in the pictures you see. On the bright side there are so many flies on your face that you almost forget it's a 110 degrees in the shade. Only 6000 kilometers back to Sydney, should be a fun two weeks!
